4-H Fair Challenges

Each year at the 4-H fair, all clubs from the Somerset County 4-H Robotics Division are invited to compete in a challenge that requires members operate their robots in autonomous and teleoperated modes, respectively. Division open meetings are scheduled for participants to design, build and practice their robots.

4-H Fair Challenge 2019

Volunteering for the Fair

Many BananaBots parents and members volunteered at the 4-H Fair. Working with the other clubs from the Robotics Division, we made every possible effort to make the fair a success. This year we helped to set up and decorate the Robotics tent, coordinate youth robotics activities, clean food tent, and clean up the fair ground. We also helped to build a brand new board for the competition!
